so we got Mr R to work with us the coming sem. focusing on the positive end of things- sem 4 is very short and also at least we are not working with the replusive one.
i personally found it interesting that Mr R said that he would not give us any problem and also will give his best to the group. maybe as a group we ought to give Mr R a chance to intergrate into the group. since i am retired from the leader position, i suggest nominating Mr R as the new leader. the rationale is: by involving the client in the planning of the group's adminstration will give the client a sense of acceptance and also a feeling of in control. thus the client will be more compliance to the "treatment" (of cuz in our context will be to the group work).
everyone is subjected to their own views so just shoot lar. anyway we will only confirm the leader thingie to when sch reopen right?
